Who runs this website?
This is a personal Conservative councillor website published by David Moore. It is not an official Buckinghamshire Council service and is operated separately from Council casework systems.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you sign up, you provide your email address, an optional first name and explicit consent to receive David Moore's local and political email updates. The form sends a confirmation email via Brevo; you are added to the newsletter list only after confirming your address.
The newsletter is administered using Brevo as a service provider. We use subscriber information to send the updates you requested. You can unsubscribe using the link in every email or request removal by emailing davidmoore1066@gmail.com.
Newsletter communications are sent only with your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, subject to limited records needed to demonstrate compliance with consent requests.
Council casework
For official council matters, use david.moore@buckinghamshire.gov.uk. Casework submitted to the Council address is handled under applicable Buckinghamshire Council arrangements. Do not send confidential casework via the newsletter form.

You can always visit the Facebook page directly instead.
